TalentFloor is a technical talent placement service at talentfloor.info. Contact: sales@talentfloor.info.
When you submit a form (Book a Call, Brochure Request) we collect your name, work email, company name, role type, and any message you include. If you accept cookies, we may collect anonymised analytics data.
To respond to your enquiry, schedule consultations, send requested materials, and communicate about active engagements. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
We process your data based on consent (form checkbox), legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries), and contractual necessity (fulfilling service agreements).
We do not sell your data. We share only with Formspree (form processing) and Google Analytics (if cookies accepted). We may disclose to legal authorities if required by law.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months or until deletion is requested. Active client records are kept for up to 5 years for legal compliance.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email sales@talentfloor.info to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
California residents may request to know, delete, or opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact sales@talentfloor.info.

Our website is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted via Formspree's encrypted infrastructure. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
