The terms governing our talent placement services and client engagements.

TalentFloor provides technical talent placement — sourcing, screening, and presenting pre-vetted engineering candidates to client companies for permanent employment.
Clients agree to: provide accurate hiring requirements; treat candidate information as confidential; notify TalentFloor within 5 business days of making an offer or a candidate's start date; and not engage presented candidates through other channels within 12 months without payment of the applicable fee.
Fees are a percentage of the Candidate's first-year base salary: Starter 15%, Growth 18%, Enterprise — custom. Fees exclude bonuses, equity, and benefits.
Invoices are issued on the Candidate's first day. Payment due within 30 days. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month.
No fees are charged for search, screening, or shortlisting. Fees are due only upon successful hire.
If a Client hires a Candidate introduced by TalentFloor within 12 months of introduction — regardless of process used — the full placement fee is owed.
Growth & Enterprise: 90-day free replacement if a placed Candidate leaves or is terminated for performance reasons. Starter: 30 days. Guarantee conditions: original fee paid in full, Client notifies us within 5 days of departure, role requirements unchanged, departure not due to redundancy or restructuring.
Both parties keep all non-public information confidential. This obligation survives termination for 2 years.
Candidate profiles and reports are for internal hiring evaluation only. They may not be shared with third parties or reproduced without TalentFloor's written consent.
TalentFloor's liability shall not exceed the placement fee paid for the specific hire. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per AAA rules.
TalentFloor may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
